Fresh Pear Cake(Apples Can Be Used Instead Of Pears.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. thinly sliced pears (apples may be used)
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix Wesson oil, sugar and egg together.
    Add the next 9 ingredients and mix well.
    Add pears and mix.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Pour into greased pan (I use a Bundt pan).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
