Carrot Cake With Buttermilk Glaze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients
and set aside.
Beat eggs one at a time. Beat in
sugar,
oil,
buttermilk and vanilla.
Stir in flour mixture, carrots, nuts and coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes in 13 x 9-inch pan.
