Fruit Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. butter
    assorted preserves
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well. Chill for 1 hour. Roll into 13 x 8 rectangle. Divide into 4 parts. Spread 1/3 cup preserves on each. Roll up and seal ends. Put onto ungreased cookie sheet. Cut 3 or 4 slits on each top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes. Spread with xxx sugar.
