Carrot Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla essence
    1/2 c. grape juice
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar or honey
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream margarine.
    Add beaten egg, raisins, grated carrots and vanilla essence; mix well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
    Stir in grape juice last and mix well.
    Pour into greased, floured pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
