Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry-banana gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    3 bananas, diced
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    When cool, add undrained strawberries and diced bananas.
    When cooled to room temperature, turn 1/3 mixture into container and chill until firm.
    Spread with Cool Whip and place remaining mixture on top.
    Chill until firm, then serve.
