Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Dissolve soda in pumpkin.
Set aside.
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, beating well.
Add pumpkin.
Mix well.
Add dry ingredients, mixing well.
Add nuts and raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
