Spanish Sauce For Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 red peppers, seeds and veins removed
2 tsp. salt
2 onions, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. margarine
Preparation
-
Boil peppers in enough water to cover them until soft.
Mash or press through colander.
Add all other ingredients.
Pack into clean hot jars, partly seal and process in water for 20 minutes.
