Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef, cut into bite size pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    1 can Burgundy red wine
    1 can boiling water
Preparation
    Brown meat in butter.
    Put into baking dish.
    Pour water into pan to get juices from the brownings.
    Pour over meat.
    Add wine and soups.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Add vegetables (carrots, onions, peas and potatoes).
    Bake 1 hour more.
