Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can Pet evaporated milk
    1/2 jar pimentos
    1 can Old El Paso chopped tomatoes and green chilies
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    green onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in double boiler.
    Brown the ground beef and green onions.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain and add cheese.
    Roll in tortillas.
    Pour cheese sauce over tortillas.
    Heat in 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
