Coconut Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place ingredients in blender in order given, one at a time. Mix well after each addition.
    Pour mixture into a well buttered 10-inch pie pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    The crust will be on the bottom, the custard in the center and the coconut on top. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
