Banana Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Mix with mixer flour, sugar, eggs and oil.
Mix by hand remaining ingredients with spoon.
Bake in tube pan, greased and floured, for 75 minutes at 350\u00b0.
