Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. Mazola oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients
    Add oil and stir well. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well.
    Add carrots. Bake in 3 layer cake pans at 350\u00b0.
