Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust, well chilled
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    12 bacon slices
    4 eggs
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded (1 c.)
    2 c. heavy or whipping cream
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Spread pie crust with butter or margarine.
    In medium skillet, over medium heat, fry bacon until crisp.
    Drain on paper towels; crumble.
    Sprinkle bacon in pie crust.
