Corned Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 Tbsp. oil
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, broken up
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded onion
additional Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions.
While noodles cook, combine corned beef, cheese, soup, milk and onion.
Drain noodles and toss with oil.
Add noodles to soup mixture and pour into 2-quart casserole.
Top with additional Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
