Fish Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. firm fish (kajiki, mahimahi, ahi, swordfish)
    2 Tbsp. shoyu
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 garlic clove
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and marinate fish at least 30 minutes. Grill 5 to 10 minutes on high, depending upon thickness.
    Fish is done when flakes with fork and the \"slimy jello look\" is gone.
