Quick Cheeseburger Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    3/4 c. water
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut 2 frying chickens.
    Arrange skin-side up on roasting pan. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour in enough hot water to cover the bottom of the pan.
    Peel and slice large onion and arrange on chicken.
    Place uncovered in oven for 1/2 hour at 275\u00b0.
    Take out and turn over and bake another 1/2 hour.
    Remove from oven and turn skin-side up again.
    Pour mesquite sauce over the chicken. Bake 1 hour longer; baste with sauce frequently.
