Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
nuts and raisins (optional)

Preparation

Beat together sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture.
Fold in apples, nuts and raisins.
Mix well.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
