Pork Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3/4 lb.) pork tenderloins, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
2 to 4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 medium green peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 medium onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Brown pork in oil in skillet over medium heat.
Remove pork and set aside.
Add peppers and onions to drippings.
Cook until lightly browned.
Return pork to skillet.
Add tomato sauce and next 4 ingredients.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
