Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. sausage
    2 1/2 c. baking mix
Preparation
    Melt
    cheese
    in
    top
    of
    double
    boiler.
    Combine all ingredients
    in
    mixing
    bowl.
    Knead with fingers until thoroughly mixed.
    Form into small balls about 1-inch in diameter. Bake
    on
    cookie sheets at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    You may make balls ahead of time and store in refrigerator or freezer. Also
    good\treheated.
    Good for breakfast, snacks and as appetizers.
