Chicken Farfalle Alfredo With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head broccoli florets
    1 large red pepper, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 pkg. boneless chicken, cut up
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 box farfalle (large bows)
    1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Steam broccoli; set aside.
    Cook pasta.
    Saute chicken in oil until browned (large skillet); take out.
    Saute pepper in oil. Add whipping cream, 1 cup Parmesan and Monterey Jack cheese. Simmer until thickens.
    Add pasta and broccoli.
    Simmer.
    Put remaining Parmesan when serving.
