Fresh Apple Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. apples, chopped
    1 c. pecans
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine apples, pecans and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Let stand 1 hour, stirring often and do not drain. Combine flour, soda, salt and spices in a large bowl. Add apple mixture; stir well. Stir in butter, vanilla and eggs.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
