Pineapple Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 baked 9 or 9 5/8-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine instant pudding mix, pineapple with juice, sour cream and sugar in deep narrow bowl.
    Beat slowly with beater (1 minute). Pour into pie shell.
    Chill at least 3 hours.
    Garnish with whipped topping or pineapple chunks or cherries.
