Famous Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Pastene Italiani peeled plum tomatoes
    olive oil
    garlic cloves (fresh)
    salt
    fresh basil or parsley
Preparation
    Smash garlic cloves lightly with a knife, but don't chop. Heat olive oil and garlic on medium heat.
    Don't let garlic burn. Remove stem ends of tomatoes.
    Crush tomatoes with a fork and add to oil.
    Add salt to taste, and basil and parsley, if used.
    Heat on medium heat for 10 minutes.
    Voila!
