Quick Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk, warmed
    3 c. bread cubes
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 eggs, beaten
    dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation
    Pour warm milk over the bread cubes and raisins; set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients well and add to the bread mixture. Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    (You may add chopped nuts or cut-up apple to the pudding if desired.)
    Serves 6.
