Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt (more or less)
1 c. flour
2 tsp. paprika
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Cut chicken into pieces.
Shake chicken pieces in bag with flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
Melt oleo in shallow baking pan in 375\u00b0 oven.
Add chicken.
Turn to coat.
Then arrange in pan, skin side down.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken. Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.
If chicken cannot be served immediately, brush with melted oleo and leave in oven, reducing heat to 300\u00b0.
