3 Cheese Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 blocks cheese (large; mild, sharp and Cheddar)
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    1 or 2 sticks margarine
    1 small (8 oz.) container sour cream
    2 to 4 c. milk (or as needed)
    1 egg
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Add macaroni and 1 teaspoon salt to boiling water.
    Cook until macaroni is tender; drain.
    Add in separate dish milk, sour cream, 3/4 cheese, egg, margarine and salt to taste.
    Mix well, then add macaroni to mixture.
    Pour into a baking dish or pan.
    Add remaining cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 until top cheese melts and light or golden brown.
