Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. quick oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. diced rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon until crumbly.
Press 1/2 of mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover this mixture with diced rhubarb.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.
Cook until thick and clear.
Pour over rhubarb.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
