Oven Or Grill Fried Potatoes(Four Or Six Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced or wash well and leave peeling on
    1 large onion, sliced
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Spray Pam on heavy-duty foil (about 20 x 20-inch).
    Place potatoes on foil, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add sliced onions on top and 1/2 stick butter (slice over top).
    Fold foil up around potatoes, seal the edges with foil.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring every 20 minutes.
    Also good placed on grill.
    Very good with steak or fish.
