Peach Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can juice-packed peaches
    1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    sugar substitute equal to 2 Tbsp.
Preparation
    Drain the fruit, reserving the juice, and puree in blender. Add enough reserved juice from the can to make 1 cup.
    Combine the puree and gelatin in a saucepan.
    Wait for one minute until the gelatin is softened, then cook, stirring, over low heat until the gelatin is melted.
    Remove from heat and stir in sugar substitute. Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 1 cup, 9 calories per tablespoon.
