Chicken Hula - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pineapple slices, undrained
2 whole chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic, pressed
salt
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 to 4 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Rub chicken with garlic and salt.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Drain juice from pineapple into saucepan.
Add honey, lime juice, soy sauce and cornstarch.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
Add pineapple slices and heat.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Marinate overnight.
In morning, bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4.
