Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
3 eggs
2 c. Ballard's cornbread mix
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 bell pepper, chopped, or 3 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 to 3/4 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into greased 9-inch cake pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is well browned. Serves 8.
