Thin White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture is thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Makes 4 cups.
