Mom'S Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 green pepper
1 onion
1 lb. bunch carrots
1 lb. spaghetti
2 lb. ground beef
1 small can tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Peel and slice carrots.
Cook carrots to done (keep water). Simmer in oil in frying pan the chopped or sliced onion and green pepper until soft.
Boil spaghetti until done.
Keep water.
Fry ground beef until red is gone.
Put all in large roasting pan using water from both carrots and spaghetti (use own judgement as to how much water) along with tomato paste and sauce.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Stir through to mix gently so spaghetti stays long.
Ingredients will be soupy.
Then bake on low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Will have to stir occasionally.
Will get thickened. Add vegetables.
