Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, chopped fine
    1/2 c. olives
    1 bunch fresh green onions, diced
    1 small jar pimientos
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley salad dressing mix
    1/2 to 3/4 c. cucumbers
Preparation
    Soak cauliflower in salt water (2 tablespoons salt), drain and rinse; mix with rest of vegetables.
    Sprinkle dressing mix over vegetables; add sour cream and mix well.
