Crock-Pot Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut into small pieces
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can whole or sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours (may be cooked on high for 4 to 6 hours).
    Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
    Serves 4.
    Serve with a tossed salad.
    Makes a complete meal.
