Easy Cherry Chocolates - cooking recipe

1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
3 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 pkg. creamy cherry frosting mix (for 2-layer cake)
Preparation

Line an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan.
Set pan side.
