Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) box jumbo shells
1 egg
1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook shells in boiling water until almost tender.
Set aside. Combine egg, Ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella together.
Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture into each shell.
Pour a thin layer of sauce in bottom of casserole dish.
Arrange shells on top of sauce.
Continue, layering shells and sauce.
Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until it bubbles.
