Crock-Pot Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in the crock-pot.
    Stir together well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours (high for 3 to 4 hours). Serve over a small package of cooked wide egg noodles or rice.
