Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. Karo
    1/3 c. water
    2 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except vanilla in a saucepan.
    Cook to 236\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
    Add vanilla and remove from heat. Beat by hand until it begins to thicken.
    Do not beat too much! Quickly pour small patties onto wax paper.
