Southern Style Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Stir in vinegar and milk; turn onto a floured board and knead lightly.
Roll 1/4-inch thick.
Cut biscuits and prick with a fork.
Bake on greased sheet for 12 to 15 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven.
