Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. grated/shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
2 finely chopped green onions
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature, then combine in a mixing bowl cheese and mayonnaise.
Then add pineapple, cherries and green onions.
Fold into round bowl to shape and chill for one hour.
Put chopped pecans in pie plate or one with small sides. Roll cheese ball in pecans.
Serve with crackers.
