Enchilada Aztecas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. (about 12 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. chopped avocado
    1/3 c. chopped tomato
    1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
    1/4 c. chopped green chilies
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Make a white sauce with margarine, flour, milk and salt.
    Add 2 cups cheese and stir until melted.
    Add chicken, avocado, tomato, olives, chilies and onion; mix well.
