Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 32 oz. pkg. of frozen hash browns
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
    In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients (except cornflakes & melted butter).
    Mix well.
    Pour into pan.
    Toss cornflakes with melted butter and sprinkle over mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour.
