1 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese (preferably freshly grated)
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt or to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 large head cabbage
4 medium onions
1 large jar dried pimento
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
