Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. m.s.g.
7 tsp. sugar
pinch of white pepper
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine
first
7
ingredients
in
saucepan; mix well. Simmer while
stirring frequently.
Blend butter (melted) and flour in a
small bowl.
Stir into corn mixture and mix well. Pour into
1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Broil until bubbly and brown.
Yields 8 servings.
