Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated tender yellow squash (no seeds)
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 rounded Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Mix real well and pour into pie shell. Cook real, real slow until it is dark golden brown.
