Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. cut rhubarb
1 Tbsp. oleo or butter
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk together well.
Mix together flour, sugar and nutmeg; add to egg mixture.
Stir in cut rhubarb.
Pour into pastry.
Dot with oleo.
Cover with lattice top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
