Coconut Cream Pies(Makes Three) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    4 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 stick oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix beaten eggs, milk, sugar and flour together; cook slowly until thickens.
    Add coconut, oleo and vanilla.
    Pour into baked pie crust.
    Save egg whites if desired, beaten.
    Pour over filling; sprinkle with coconut and brown.
