Six Week Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs, oil and milk and mix well.
    Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Rest of batter may be stored in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
