Drop Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/5 c. milk or chicken broth
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Add melted butter and milk; mix.
Batter should be moist, but stiff.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling liquid.
Cover and cook for about 18 minutes.
Yields 1 dozen dumplings.
